Fees and scholarships

Tuition fees

Domestic student tuition fees are payable by Australian citizens and permanent residents and New Zealand citizens. Domestic students who meet the citizenship and residency requirements may defer payment of part, or all, of their tuition fees (known as FEE-HELP). For domestic students, annual indicative MPH program fees are available here.

International student tuition fees are payable by students who are not Australian or New Zealand citizens or who do not have Australian permanent residency status. For international students, annual indicative MPH program fees are available on the Programs and Courses web pages.

Fees and charges vary according to the courses you choose for your program of study. Fees for individual courses are available at the relevant Programs and Courses course entry. Textbooks are not included in course fees.

ANU offers a wide range of scholarships to current and future students to assist with the cost of their studies. Eligibility for ANU scholarships varies depending on the specifics of the scholarship and can be categorised by the type of student you are. Specific scholarship application process information is included in the relevant scholarship listing.

International Students are encouraged to look for scholarship and other funding opportunities from a variety of sources, including government and international agencies, foundations and corporations in their home country. As the scholarship application process may take several months, applicants are advised to start well ahead of the commencement date for the program they hope to do. For some types of funding, students will need to secure an offer of admission before they can be considered for financial support.
