Meru Sheel has had media appearances in the Canberra Times and on live radio with 2CC Sunday Roast (7th April) and ABC radio national Life Matters with Hilary Harper (23rd April).

The recent Clinical Infectious Diseases paper on Shigella by Danielle Ingle and Martyn Kirk has received media interest, with Deb Williamson from UniMelb giving media interviews on The Project and ABC AM (23rd April) on the rise of cases of multi-drug resistant shigellosis.
