The Relief in MS Study: The study protocols have been finalised and the project has been re-submitted for ethics approval. We are currently working with the bioceuticals company to finalise the labelling of the medication packs for this placebo-controlled study of a combined nutraceutical to reduce fatigue in MS.

PFAS Health Study: The Team have submitted the Research Protocols and Project Plans to the Department of Health for the upcoming Cross-sectional Survey and Blood Serum Study. The Focus Groups Report has also been submitted to the Department. The Northern Territory Department of Health and Menzies School of Health Research HREC have given approval for the Cross-sectional Survey and Blood Serum Study, and a submission will be made in the next week to the ANU HREC for this study.

A shipment of 321 blood samples was received in October.

A Planning Meeting is scheduled for later this month, and will be held in Williamtown, followed by Community Consultations in Williamtown, Oakey and Katherine, which will be attended by a number of team members.
