· Free, private and confidential 24/7 phone and online counselling service for young people aged 5 to 25.

· A nationwide service that provides professional 24/7 telephone and online counselling to people who are affected by suicide.

Beyond Blue: 1300 22 4636 (24 hours), www.beyondblue.org.au

· 24/7 telephone support service. A trained mental health professional can listen, provide information and advice, and point you in the right direction so you can seek further support for the cost of a local call (could be more from mobiles).
