Biography

Guddu is a Research Fellow within the MAE team at NCEPH. She’s previously worked across Asia, Africa and the Pacific as a field epidemiologist in disease elimination programs, outbreak response activities and workforce capacity building in field epidemiology. She has a particular interest in emerging infectious diseases, use of novel surveillance systems such as community-based and event-based surveillance and large-scale outbreak response mechanisms for low resourced areas.

 

During her time with the MAE, Guddu will be working across course delivery of the MAE as well capacity building in partner countries.
