Jenna Miech

Student (MAE)

Biography

Jenna is a Master of Philosophy in Applied Epidemiology (MAE) Scholar in the 2022-23 cohort, undertaking field placement at the Commonwealth Department of Health in the Public Health and Surveillance Branch.

Prior to commencing the MAE program, Jenna worked for several years as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Intensive Care Services at major tertiary hospitals. Throughout 2021 and early 2022 she supported the COVID-19 response in her role at South Eastern Sydney Public Health Unit.

Jenna holds a Bachelor of Nursing from the University of Wollongong and Master of Public Health / Master of Infectious Diseases Intelligence from UNSW.
